Strong DataWarehouse/DataMart project delivery experience managing global, cross-functional, multi-disciplined projects and service delivery environment

KEY SKILLS:
1) Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
2) Strong leadership with the ability to effectively manage / lead a group of associates that do not have a direct/solid line reporting relationship and
3) Strong DataWarehouse/DataMart project delivery experience managing global, cross-functional, multi-disciplined projects and service delivery environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6 to 8 years experience managing projects
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
• Strong leadership with the ability to effectively manage / lead a group of associates that do not have a direct/solid line reporting relationship (MUST HAVE)
• Comfortable working with supporting groups and teams (Architects, ETL Administration, DBA, Quality Assurance, Change Management, etc) in a matrixed environment
• Experience working with diverse resources (onshore / offshore)
• Experience with Data Warehousing tools/Big Data Platform (example; Oracle Exadata, Teradata, Informatica, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Strong DataWarehouse/DataMart project delivery experience managing global, cross-functional, multi-disciplined projects and service delivery environment (MUST HAVE)
• Interdependent partnering and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Proficient in one or more of major ETL tools such as Informatica, Oracle ODI, Datastage, SAS and their administration is desired.
• Proficient in one or more of major BI Reporting tools such as OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, SAS and their administration is desired
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
